To help pay for the costs of your Costa Rica Home, You can make money by having your home in the Vacation Rental Program (VRP). We anticipate Strong participation in the VRP from our buyers.

Of the 21  total properties on site, we anticipate that over 3/4 of the owners will have thier property on the VRP at any given time during the year.

This is Another reason why we are planning the operation of a  Pool-side Cafe and Grill.

The Typical VRP in  Condo / Bungalow Developments in Costa Rica operate by charging a percentage of the revenues generated from the rental of the property to  cover the management fee. A 30% to 45% Fee is common.

We Believe that a Two- Bedroom Home  Will  command $100.00 to $150.00 per night in season.
30% to 35% of which would be withheld and kept  by the management company.

We anticipate that the typical "In Season" renter will want to stay at the Property for 5 to 7 days,
Coming for a one-week vacation with family.
In the "Off-Season", aside from the Bargain Hunters,
coming from North America and Europe, who are looking for a good vacation value, we also anticipate year-round San Jose residents looking to come down for a
long weekend to the beach, 3 and 4 night stays will not be uncommon.

The VRP will offer, for a monthly fixed fee, a steady maintenance program where someone will examine your property on a daily basis to assure its continued preparedness.

Because we do not anticipate operating a VRP in Year 1, we are not establishing the formal program guidlines at this time. It is our intention and desire, however, To assure the operation of a competitive program to assure success for all involved.

Will will have a VRP Office on site, and renters will be able to arrive at any time during the day or  evening to check in as our 24/7 Guard Gated Entrance can receive late-comers after normal operations close for the evening.
